Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care - Grand RapidsScarlet Fox - 09/30/2013 – 03/05/2026
Our family was not expecting the loss of Scarlet or for her life to be cut so short so soon. We are devastated by this loss and will feel the absence of her forever.
Scarlet was an amazing soul! She was very loving, caring and very Unique! She could make you laugh with her wit and quick remarks.
Scarlet enjoyed exploring the outdoors, climbing trees, camping, swimming, and hanging with family and friends. Trips to Drummond Island, riding dirt bikes and 2-trackin! SpongeBob, Young Sheldon, Pee Wee Herman, making bracelets and her Pajama pants. Her favorite color was pink, her favorite animal was a shark, but she loved snakes. Her dog’s names are Bella and Micky. She didn't conform or try to be anybody but her. Her style was based on comfort. She was a tomboy, with a splash of girlie. She was a fantastic artist and writer. Her comics were great. She also had a competitive spirit, she loved soccer and playing Fortnite with her brothers and dad. Scarlet was baptized with her Grandmother Carole at City Church Sparta, the church they attended. She attended Wyoming Intermediate School and was in the 6th grade. She was a popular girl with lots of friends!
She loved her friends and family deeply, and looked forward to the moments she spent with them the most. Her will was so strong and her spirit was so bright.
She was preceded in death by her Grandfathers Jerry Ruch and John Grasiewicz
Scarlet will be missed and forever loved by her Father Brian,Mother Jessica & Kris (step-father), Brothers Adam and Andrew, along with Grandparents Carole Ruch, Sandy Maddox,
Phil & Beth Maddox, many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, special cousin Caiden, Friends, and her best friends Karl and Clara.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family kindly request donations to help offset the cost of additional expenses and loss of wages that have occurred. Please make checks payable to Phillip Maddox.
