Scott Basom Obituary
Born on September 22, 1955 in Philadelphia, PA, he is the son of Joanne (Pretteyleaf) Wright and the late Donald E. Basom.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his siblings, Steve Basom and his wife Susan of Thompsontown, Sally Bomberger and her husband John of Mims, FL, Sandy Smith and her husband Mark of Millersburg, and Stu Basom and his wife Joanne of Enola; and two nieces and one nephew.
He was an avid fly fisherman, enjoyed saltwater fishing, cooking, camping, Penn State Football and especially loved music and playing the guitar. In his earlier years, Scott was a part of a band.
All Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge Street, Mifflintown.
