He was one of the best drivers ever,he was taken from us way to soon .R.I.P Champ My deepest sympathy to the family

Scott you were a big influence on me later in my life. I am a grown man & when I got the news Saturday morning, I cried like a little boy. I will never ever forget you. I wish that you were my big brother.

My whole family and I would go to Wheatland Mo just to see him win. He was one of the best drivers I and my family had ever seen. He will be greatly missed. Thanks for always putting on a Great show Scott!!! Go rest high on that Mountain. Pam Cook, Dustin Kimrey, and Kayla Justis we will miss you.

Scott was greatest in world.he won more races on dirt tracks than all I'll definitely miss Scott he will always be in my thoughts and in my mind.Scott brought the sport to the top of all time.he made many of challenges work the greatest .he is the king of dirt late model racing of all time.scott let's rest in heaven now.you wii never be forgotten in world.Scott you made it to the dirt late model hall of fame now they will be chasing you buddy!!!! scott was the greatest dirt driver of all times.I have watched him at Fayetteville and every year and WOO every fall i Charlotte. He always had tie to talk.Rcing will never be the same for me RIP Thnks for the memories

I remember as a fairly new Racer myself seeing Scott come to Friendship Speedway in Elkin NC for his first time. Watched him walk the track and then Win in a big way a few hrs later .All dirt racers respect Scott including Me.May God comfort you Family.Randy Wiles North Wilkesboro NC

Ariel, I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
My first time meeting Scott was at the Colossal race at Charlotte, many years ago. I admit being a little intimidated by him, but we talked briefly about his titanium wedding band. At the time, I was a volunteer firefighter and titanium is a very amazing metal. Well I'm not going to go into the details but I will never forget talking to him that day. God Bless You All
