Scott Carnell Obituary
Scott Eugene Carnell, 45, of Wintersville, OH passed away on April 23, 2025 at Dixon Healthcare Center. He was born on January 31, 1980 to the late Russell Sipes and Janet Carnell, he also leaves behind one sister Tracy Jo Ritchey. He is survived by his daughter Cheyenne Carnell of Green Castle, PA, her son Sebastian McCusker, and one brother Roger (Patricia) Ritchey of Martinsburg, WV. There will be no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
