Scotty was my brother and one of the best people I have ever met. I will be forever grateful for all the laughter he brought to our home when he came to live with us. Scotty was also an amazing God father to my son Shayne and incredibly close to my daughter Kayti. We are so sad that he is gone and we will miss him forever.
