My brother is and was my best friend...he was truly a living angel... Rest in peace

I am heartbroken to hear of Scotty's passing. He was a caring, kind and happy soul and a gift to this world and I was blessed to have known him. My deep condolences to Lynn, and the whole family.

Scotty was such a sweet kind unconditional loving soul. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. May he rest in eternal peace.

I am sorry not to have known about this in time to celebrate Scott's life with all of you on November 1. He was a wonderfully caring and helpful neighbor and church friend for many years. And simply one of the nicest and most cheerful people I knew. My children join in sending you deep sympathy at loss of him.

I miss talking to Scott at All American. He was a pleasure to talk to. I miss his upbeat outlook at life
