He is survived by his brother: Jon C. Hinkel (wife Suzanne) of Nazareth, PA; sister-in-law: Mary Hinkel of Palmer Twp., PA; a nephew: Jesse Hinkel and a cousin: John Kupcha. He was predeceased by his brother: Robert L. Hinkel.

I was very disappointed I did not make services for my best friend. Scott was my best friend. We spent weekend hiking and camping. We talked daily sometimes several times. I will miss him. RIP Scott

I am so saddened to hear of Scott´s passing.. I haven´t seen him since we were teens, all our friends hung out together at the Palmer Pool. I have fond memories of him and his brother Jon. To his family I give my condolences. Donna
