Scott was born on July 7, 1962 and passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 3:00 PM at First United Methodist Church in Thomasville with Rev. Robin Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Thomasville. The family will receive friends at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville on Saturday Evening from 5:00-8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be sent to the Carolinas Chapter of Raleigh Office for Cystic Fibrosis, 7101 Creedmoor Road, Suite 130 Raleigh, NC 27613/www.cff.org.
