Scott was my colleague at EPA and he was great. We collaborated on great enforcement cases that I know helped to maintain our environment cleaner. Also, he sold to me my first two trilobites!

Scott was my neighbor for five years. It was like having my own Al Borland complete with the "hi neighbor" salute. I will miss Scott, but I am comforted knowing he lived.a long, productive life. RIP neighbor.
