Scott LeRoy Ritchie, born February 8, 1963 to Lee Roy and Barbara Ritchie, died July 9, 2025 in West Valley City of natural causes.
Scott grew up in Heber City, Utah. He went to Wasatch High School and was involved in football, basketball and tennis. He worked as a lifeguard at the Homestead Resort in Midway. After graduating, he joined the US Air Force living in Germany and Texas.
Scott is survived by his wife, Kristen; daughter, Kristen (Florida); step-son Lance (New Zealand); sisters, Karen Rasmussen (South Jordan) and Denise Chadwick (Idaho); as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at the Charleston Town Cemetery, Charleson, Utah. A viewing will be held prior at the Heber Valley Funeral Home, 288 N Main Street, Heber City, Utah from 1:30PM until 2:30PM on Wednesday.
