Rest in Power Scout! You are so inspirational and inspiring of a young person. I'm honored to have met you and marched with you at those protests. You definitely won't be forgotten.

Scout was my Latin student Latin for 4 years. Scout, Scott, was a mentor to his fellow students and shared his immense knowledge of Roman history and Latin grammar. He, they were like a co-teacher. Scout initiated our gladiatorial combat with his, their friend Josh. It became one of the most popular events at Parkview High School and the Georgia Junior Classical League. Before each combat began, Scout provided detailed rules for the gladiatorial games, insuring that no one would be injured. There was never an injury while he, they were in charge of the events. Scout was a gentle man. Scout will always stand out as one of the finest young people I have had the honor to teach in the past 30 years. My positive thoughts and prayers go out to Scout's family. What a tremendous loss for so many people touched by him, them. te amo, Scout. Magistra Miklosovic
