Words cannot even describe the feeling we all feel right now. You truly were one of a kind, and one of my best friends. Thank you for all the memories we created and good times we got to share. From running around and ding dong ditching people in grade school, to playing against each other in football and always talking smack before the game and then laughing with each other after, all the way to my wedding. I will cherish these memories forever and keep your memory alive. Much love forever and always brother. Rest easy.

Sean, I love you like a brother. For the past 24 hours all I´ve been able to do is sit around and reflect on all the memories we had together, from childhood to adulthood. I´m bitter that you were robbed of so much life to come but I´m also so grateful I got to meet you and be your friend. Just a few weeks ago me, you and Terriel stayed up until 4am on Xbox talking about the future. I´m heartbroken you won´t be there to see it but I promise you we´re going to do good man, me and all the guys. We love you and miss you so much.

It breaks my heart to know the pain you´re in right now. I´m so deeply sorry to learn that Sean has passed away. I loved the time I spent with him when he was a little boy. He had the best spirit and such a good heart. May God rest his soul and provide you with comfort. Sending love and prayers.

As young grade school kids to teenagers we had lots of fun together. Trick or treating at Halloween from time to time, Mr. Bergs third grade class and TPing the playground at Charter Oak only to take it back down for fear we would get into trouble. As adults we didn´t keep in touch, sometimes life just happens that way. But the memories from childhood still remain and there´s still an ache for the ones who loved you most. Rest easy Sean. A reminder of how precious life is and how tomorrow is never promised to any of us. Praying for his closest friends and his family

I loved Sean like a brother. We first met probably in sixth grade thanks to our brothers who were also the same age and played sports together. We had a lot of fun in high school - Probably too much fun.

One of my favorite memories is when our brothers played baseball, we traveled to Florida for a tournament and had a blast on the beach.

Another favorite memory is when we both studied abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark, during our junior year of college. Sean was a little piece of home during that time.

A friendship that lasts this long is extremely rare and I´m so grateful to have known Sean. My condolences to the entire Flaherty family. I´m thinking of you guys. Love you Sean.

We grew up together so I had the pleasure to really get to know Sean and his family. Voni and Tim always treated me like one of their own and I was admired them for that. I´ve always been the kind of person that looked at my close friends as family so this really hurts. We spent a lot of time playing ball together as well as getting in some trouble throughout the years. With that being said, I wouldn´t change a damn thing. Sean you will be dearly missed my friend, love you buddy.
