Sean Michael MacPherson, age 39, of Plymouth, passed away on Friday, September 13th. Born in Weymouth on October 22, 1984, son of Judith E. (Bouchard) MacPherson and the late Michael G. MacPherson and stepson of Paul R. Keith. Sean was the brother of Seth MacPherson of Plymouth, Patrick MacPherson and his wife Jill of Plymouth, uncle to Michael and Bo Marie MacPherson, and step brother of Sherry Keith of Plymouth. He is also survived by his devoted longtime girlfriend Amanda Fasoli, paternal grandmother Gisela Tarantino, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Sean grew up in Plymouth and was a graduate of Plymouth North High School class of 2003. He worked for both of his brothers in their landscape, hardscape and masonry businesses (MAC Landscaping and MacPherson Masonry). Sean loved kayaking and fishing, as well as video games. He spent many days with his family at their cottage on Billington Sea. Sean also enjoyed fine foods and expensive clothing, and he wasn't afraid to spend a little more on quality (his family teased him that he had a rich man's taste on a poor man's budget).
Sadly, Sean succumbed to his long battle with addiction. Many, many people have tried to help him along the way, and his family is very appreciative to those individuals who went above and beyond to help Sean. Donations in Sean's name may be made to South Shore Recovery Center, 182 Standish Avenue, Plymouth, MA 02360.
