With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Sebastian Gael Estrada-Lozano, a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend. Sebastian left this world far too soon on November 19, 2025, at the age of 19.
Sebastian graduated early in December of 2024 from Garden City High School. He was in the JROTC at the high school. He graduated on July 10th, 2025 AIT abbreviation for military school house. AIT Advanced Individual Training and the C-battery, his class in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Sebastian proudly served in the National Guard as a artillerymen, where his dedication, sense of responsibility, and quiet strength were evident to everyone who knew him. He had a deep love for old western movies, video games, and anything connected to world and historical events. He also loved to draw, expressing his creativity and passion through the sketches and artwork he shared with those close to him.
Above all, Sebastian was known for his kind heart. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, offer a listening ear, and show up for others in ways that made them feel seen and valued. His warmth, compassion, and gentle spirit will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Sebastian is survived by his stepfather Juan F. Ramirez, his mother Maria R. Ramirez, and his sisters Tamara N. Ramos and Katherine I. Rodriguez. His memory will continue to live on through the love of his family and the many lives he touched.
Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Garnand Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will at 12:00 p.m. Friday, November 28, 2025, at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Jacob Schneider officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas with military honors conducted by the Kansas Army National Guard Honor Guard and Southwest Kansas Veterans Honor Guard. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
