Seleste Faye Shelton

Seleste Faye Shelton, 29, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2013, at her home in Roanoke. Born in Fort Wayne, Seleste, while a nurse professionally, she found her deepest fulfillment as a loving and devoted wife and mother of five children. In high school she was involved in 4-H, gymastics, cross country, track and field, peer ministry, and she and Andrew were members of Concordia Lutheran HIgh School's A Capella Choir. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne. Surviving are her husband, Andrew John Shelton of Roanoke; son, Michael Andrew Shelton; daughter, Seraphim Seleste Shelton; son, Andrew Joseph Shelton; son, David Anthony Shelton; parents, Rob and Deborah Roehm of Roanoke; sister, Solitaire (Jason) Hile of Fort Wayne; sister, Sabrina (Josh) Sgro of Fort Wayne; sister, Stacey (Heath) Keiffer of Markle; brother, Rob (Martha) Roehm of Roanoke; brother, Clifford (Megan) Roehm of Roanoke; grandmother, Marilyn Roehm of Winter Haven, FL; many nieces and nephews . Seleste was preceded in death by son, Gabriel Robert Shelton; grandfather, Robert Roehm; grandparents, Clifford and Ruth Hullinger. Funeral Service is 11:00 am, Friday, December 20, 2013, at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 917 W. Jefferson with calling one hour prior, Pastor Thomas Eggold officiating. Calling also at the church Thursday, December 19, 2013, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens. Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church or to the Shelton Children's Fund.
