Selma Keyes

Selma Frances Keyes (Nee Carrier) 84 of Forest Hill Maryland went to be with the Lord on Sunday March 01, 2026, after a long battle with dementia. Selma was born in Elizabethton, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the later Omer Wilson and Edna Lee Carrier (nee Morse) and the late wife of Clair Leroy Keyes. She attended Emmorton Baptist Church for over 25 years. She retired from Harford County Public Schools as a custodian for 23 years, she was also employed by Gleneagles Manufacturing Co in Bel Air as a seamstress for 29 years.

Selma is survived by her only child Ronald Keyes of Forest Hill. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her two brothers Wilbur Gene and Bobbie Howard Carrier.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Selmas life at Evans Life Celebration Home on Saturday March 7, 2026. Viewing services will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Services will be from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and graveside services will be held by pastor Jason McNeese of Emmorton Baptist Church.
