Selma Sepulveda, age 64, entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 15, 2023. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother and will be dearly missed. Selma is preceded in death by her father: Sylvester Cruz Sepulveda and her granddaughter: Nevaeh Alise Garcia. She is survived by her mother: Rosa Sanchez, her husband: Eduardo Hidalgo, her daughters: Anahi Alise Hidalgo and Edie Neomi Hidalgo and son in law Angel, her siblings: Sylvia Sepulveda, Robert Sepulveda, Sally Sepulveda, Rachel Sepulveda, Rebecca Padilla, and Roberta Sepulveda, as well as her grandchildren: Adrian Eduardo Garcia and Anayah Khloe Garcia. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory. Selma was full of love, joy, and happiness. She was a hard worker who dedicated many years to her career. She was a caring and kind person who showed everyone unconditional love. Selma always made everyone feel welcomed and included at all times, as well as showing them a good time along with some of her delightful meals. She made a huge impact in many people's lives and will be dearly missed.
A Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 with a Holy Rosary to commence at 6:00pm at Sunset Funeral Homes-West. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 324 Lincoln St, Anthony, NM 88021. A Graveside Service will follow at Anthony Community Cemetery, N 4th St &, Acosta Rd, Anthony, NM 88021.
Those who cannot attend in person may join the funeral and memorial services virtually on Facebook Live at https://www.facebook.com/sunsetfuneralhome/ (no account is needed).
