Tamara, we will miss seeing you and Semyon over the holidays.

Semyon was a good friend for many years. The world has lost a great guy.

To Tamara and Sam's family,

My sincerest condolences to you for the loss of Sam. May you all take comfort knowing that in the 25+ years I was a client of Sam's, he spoke often of his for love of taking cruises with Tamara, the great pride had for all of his children and the very special joy his grand children had brought into his life.

Sam was also a master at taking battered and bruised bodies and putting them on the fast track to recovery.

Sam was a dear friend and will be missed greatly.
