Seven Rupp

With profound sorrow, we announce the tragic passing of Seven Ernesto Rupp, of Taneytown, MD, who lost his life in a car accident at the age of 16. Taken far too soon, Seven leaves behind an immeasurable void in the hearts of all who loved him. Born May 18, 2009 in Asheville, NC, he was the beloved son of Luke Rupp and the late Sarah (Redmer) Rupp. Seven was a passionate and determined young man who found joy in staying active and challenging himself. He loved playing football, lacrosse, and wrestling, and found freedom and happiness through snowboarding and skateboarding. He attended Francis Scott Key High School and was an active member in multiple clubs including Young Life, Yearbook, and the Student Government Association. His strength and resilience were evident throughout his life, especially after losing his mother to cancer at just two years old - a loss that shaped him with quiet courage beyond his years. Seven was deeply loved by his family and friends and will be remembered for his kind heart, bright spirit, and the energy he brought into every room. Though his life was tragically short, the impact he made will last forever. He will always be loved, never forgotten, and deeply missed. Surviving in addition to his father are his sister Ava Rose Rupp; two grandmothers, Mary Jo Ross Malone and Suzanne Carroll; two grandfathers, Daniel B. Malone and Bruce W. Redmer; aunt, Wendy Redmer Lee; and uncle, Jacob Rupp. A public visitation will be held Sunday, December 21, 2025, from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm in the Coppermine Pantherplex Auditorium, formally North Carroll High School, 1400 Panther Dr., Hampstead, MD 21074. A funeral service will begin Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 12:00 pm in the auditorium. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the FSK Athletic Boosters.
