Severita Ramon, born on November 22, 1939, peacefully passed away on October 18, 2025. She will be remembered for her love for her family and the joy she found in spending time with them. Severita exemplified warmth and kindness, traits that were reflected in everything she did.
Throughout her life, Severita cultivated various hobbies that brought her happiness. She enjoyed knitting and sewing. Her passion for baking delighted her family and friends. Severita also had a keen eye for making a good deal.
Severita is survived by her daughter, Linda Ramon, and her son, Leandro Ramon Jr. She took great delight in her five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great great grandson cherishing the moments she spent with them and creating lasting memories that will be carried on through generations. Additionally, she is remembered fondly by her sister, Mary Rogers, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who were touched by her kindness.
Severita was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Leandro Ramon Sr., with whom she shared many beautiful years. Her legacy of love, generosity, and devotion to family will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.
Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at the Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home Chapel in Rotan. Burial will follow in the Belvieu Cemetery.
