SEYMOUR FOX 1925-2010 Brunswick, New York FOX Seymour Fox, 84 years old, resident of Brunswick, NY passed away January 13, 2010. Born on May 12, 1925, in Brooklyn, New York to parents Samuel Fox and Dora Mendel Fox. Predeceased by his sister, Shirley Bress, and wife M. Judith Anameier Fox. Decorated Veteran of World War II, having enlisted at age 18 in the United States Army and served in the European Theatre. Mr. Fox attended Siena College and was a devoted alumnus of the Albany Law School of Union University. Founder of Seymour Fox, P.C., his Law Firm located in Troy, NY, Mr. Fox practiced law for sixty years. Seymour represented his clients with vigor and talent to achieve just and deserved results for each of them. Survived by his first wife and lifelong friend, Florence Elizabeth Millett, and their children Deborah Fox Campano ( Michael E. Maginn) and David Fox, granddaughters, Gina Campano ( Dr. David K. Lee) and Beth Campano and great granddaughters, Elizabeth Park Lee and Chloe Fox Lee, niece Lynn Bress and nephews Joseph and Leonard Bress. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to call at the Levine Memorial Chapel, 649 Washington Avenue in Albany on Sunday January 17, 2010 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. A private service as well as interment will be held thereafter. Those wishing to remember Seymour may make a memorial contribution to either Homeward Bound Dog Rescue of NY LLC PO Box 5782, Albany, NY 12205 or Shriners Hospitals for Children, Donation Department, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, Florida 33607. Accomplished attorney whose foremost concern was always his clients, animal lover bar none, creator of charitable acts without fanfare, vegetarian well before it was in vogue, private pilot with finesse , a great dancer, an adventurer until his passing, his family and many others will remember him often and miss him dearly.
