Surviving are her parents, her brother, her grandmother and her two children.
Visitation will be Friday, May 2 from 5-7 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home 115 Tindall Rd., Middletown. Funeral services will be held at 6 pm. Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 3 at 10 am at Bay View Cemetery 80 Hosford Ave., Leonardo.
