Shane Alan Sheeks of Washington State, formerly of Grand Island, passed away on June 27, 2023 at his residence.
Shane was born on November 27, 1981 in Grand Island to Dale Sheeks Jr and Sherri Hurley. Shane graduated from Mesa Ridge High School in Colorado Springs, Co., in 1999. On July 3, 2018, Shane was united in marriage to Kristen Boring. The couple made their home in Washington State, where he worked for O'Reilly's Auto Parts Stores.
In his spare time, Shane enjoyed working on Honda cars, watching the Raiders, skateboarding, and playing pool.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Kristen; daughter, Samantha; parents; brother, Scott Sheeks (Dana Greene); maternal grandmother; and numerous extended family.
Shane was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.
