Born in San Antonio, Texas, Shannon lived her life with strength, compassion, and a heart that touched everyone who knew her.
She dedicated many years of service as a Correctional Officer at the TDCJ Ellis Unit in Huntsville, where her courage, fairness, and kindness left a lasting impact on those around her.
Above all, Shannon loved her two sons, who were the center of her world. They were her greatest joy, and everything she did was out of love for them. She was strong yet gentle, generous, funny, and fiercely loyal. An artist at heart, she found joy in painting, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors - places where she felt most connected to peace and beauty.
She is survived by her mother, Becky; her brother and his family; her sisters, Donna and Lola; her brother Michael; and her two beloved sons, Tanner and Trenton Budell, who will forever carry her love in their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Harris.

Shannon will be remembered for her laughter, her loyalty, and the love she gave so freely.
Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
