Shannon was a retired employee of Dix River Stone.
Survivors include: one daughter: Shanna and (Michael) Bender of Spring, TX, one granddaughter: Madeline Bender, one sister: Sharon and (Greg) Wethington of Liberty, two nephews: Ryan Wethington and Matthew Wethington, two great nieces: Blakely and Charlotte Wethington, and several aunts' uncles and cousins.
Preceding him in death besides his parents was one son: Davy Phelps.
Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday November 6th, 2025, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday November 6th, 2025, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating. Burial will be in the Willow Springs Cemetery.
