Shannon Toler Warren, 59, of Sanford passed away on Wednesday October 1, 2025, surrounded by her family and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday October 4, 2025, at 4pm at Cool Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Buffalo Cemetery. The family will receive friends starting at 2pm before the service at the church.
Shannon was born in Foley, AL a daughter of the late Stanley Toler and Jeanette Cross Toler. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who loved taking care of her family, friends, students, and community. She enjoyed singing, sewing, being a teacher and cooking for her family. Shannon was devoted and faithful servant of the Lord. She carried his words and wisdom with her everywhere and loved to share them with everyone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her aunt Ruth Stabler and father -in-law and mother-in-law Paul and Naomi Warren.
She is survived by her husband James Warren; sons James Warren (Christina) and Jonathan Warren; granddaughters Quinn Warren and Millie Warren; siblings Carolyn Bevil (Dan), Stan Toler (Donna), and Lisa Branscomb (John); sister-in-law Pauline Brown (Mike), brother-in-law Paul Warren (Samantha), sister -in-law Janice Brantley (David) and brother-in-law Neil Warren; many nieces and nephews; dear friends Lesa & Sean Egen and family, Alex & Ava Maldonado, Greg & Wendy Cruess, Karla & David Philips, and many more; and beloved pets Cortana and Chopper.
