Sharlene crossed my path a few years ago when she and Jim began attending Mercy Fellowship church in Afton. She was a gentle, well spoken woman with a heart filled with music and love. Within a few years, our church experienced the deaths of four men, beloved spouses of four women of faith at Mercy Fellowship. Sharlene was one of the new widows, and joined with the three other women to share, love, support, and console one another . This group was a blessing to each other offering a safe place to mourn, to remember, and to heal. Sharlene was a prayer warrior among us, faithful and creative and we will dearly miss her brightness in our midst. RIP beloved.
