Mary Halaj (Hewitt) 83, of Dundalk, MD died peacefully in her sleep the morning of January 21, 2026. She was born on November 10, 1942.
Sharon—Sis, Swift, Mom, Aunt Sharon, or Mom-Mom—no matter what name you knew her by, everyone received the same love.
As a family, we have been beyond fortunate to have had the same Sharon throughout her life. We carry countless memories and reminders of her. For this reason, we will not be holding a public service. Instead, we ask that you do not mourn, but celebrate the incredible woman who was loved by many and loved deeply in return.
We would like to thank the staff at Future Care Northpoint for the loving care they gave Sharon for the last 8 years. She loved and cherished every one of you as family.
In lieu of flowers or donations of any kind, we would love for you to share pictures or stories with us.
