Ms. Sharon Deloris Karr, age 73 of Hartsville, Tennessee and formerly of Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Saturday at the Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
She was the mother of Bryan Karr of Hartsville, Tennessee and Charles Karr and wife, Autumn of Alexandria, Kentucky. She was the sister of Gloria V. Sears and husband, Jack of Keavy, Kentucky and Lois J. Neal of London, Kentucky. She was also blessed with four grandchildren and one great-grandchild, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was of the Baptist faith and worked as a Electronic Sales Representative.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Karr, Jr., by a daughter, Amy Lipscomb and by her parents, Steve and Beulah Jackson Mahan.
Funeral services for Ms. Sharon Deloris Karr will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Thursday in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Joe Eaton and Bro. Matt Nisbet officiating. Burial will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky. The family of Ms. Sharon Deloris Karr will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour of 12:00 Noon on Thursday.
