Sharon J. Miville

Sharon J. Miville, 75, of Willington, CT, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. She was born on December 22, 1949, in Stafford, daughter to the late Walter E. Jones and Martha Ardella Sierputowski.
Sharon grew up in Rockville, CT and was a graduate of Rockville High School. She was employed for over forty years as an administrative assistant before her retirement. Throughout her life, Sharon enjoyed good company and making others laugh. She was a lover of animals, especially her French bulldog, Lola, and also enjoyed taking out her two vintage sports cars. In her spare time, you could find her by the ocean vacationing in Rhode Island in her younger years or Ocean City, MD. Her wish was always to visit Hawaii but was never able to make it there due to her Parkinson's. Most of all, Sharon looked forward to spending time with her daughter and grandchildren.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Sheila M. Walton, and her husband Michael; her grandchildren, Alyssa Cadiz and Skylar Walton; her sisters, Claudia Bateman and her husband Bruce and Denise Green and her husband Scott; her nephew, Bruce Bateman; and her nieces, Melanie Bateman and Jennifer Flanders.
A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 10-11 a.m. at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home, 551 Talcottville Rd. (Rt 83) in Vernon, with a prayer service to begin at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery, Rockville. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to two of her favorite charities, The ASPCA and or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
