Sharon was a former member of the Wheatland City Council and an auxiliary member of Wheatland American Legion, Post 432, where she enjoyed playing BINGO with friends.
A talented gardener, she always looked forward to her morning coffee, a game of volleyball, or working a crossword puzzle.
Above all, Sharon was a mother and grandmother who adored her family and cherished every moment she was able to spend with them.
She is survived by a daughter, Jessica Stinedurf (companion, Royce Satchell, Sr.) , with whom she made her home in Sharon; a son, Donald “DJ” Stinedurf, of South Carolina; nine grandchildren, Tara Stinedurf, Donald “Trey” Stinedurf, Tyleigh Stinedurf, Xzavier Witherow, Jaiden Stinedurf, Royce Satchell, Jr., Jennifer McMurdy, Amariana “Shay” Richardson, and Kyla Jones; a great-granddaughter, Asante Stinedurf; two brothers, George Ashby (Karlyn) and Michael Ashby (Tracy); a sister, Theresa Ashby; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Ann Rogers; and two brothers, Sherman “Bo” Ashby, Jr. and Mark Allen.
