Highlands, Tx., Sharon Kay England Terrell, age 74, passed peacefully on October 28, 2024, to her eternal life she prayed for. She was born on March 21, 1950, in Garden City, Kansas to Willie and Rose England.
Sharon's memory will be honored during a celebration of life service on Friday, November 15, 2024 at the San Jacinto Community Center, located at 604 Highland Woods Dr.,
Highlands, TX. Friends, family, and all those who were touched by Sharon's life are welcome to attend and pay their respects. Dinner will be provided, and a sign-up sheet will be available for appetizers, finger foods, and desserts, if you wish to bring a dish. Sharon's wish was that "No one go home hungry.!" Dinner will start being served at 4 pm and Debbie Reeves will give the eulogy at 6 pm followed by anyone wanting to speak. Please come and go as you wish.
Sharon was married to her beloved husband, Michael Roy Terrell, on July 26, 1980, in San Juan, Texas. Together, they shared many cherished memories, made life changing moments to 4 children and built a strong foundation of love and companionship.
Throughout her life, Sharon was known for her dedication and remarkable work ethic. She served as the President of Willie A. England Drilling Consultants, leaving an indelible mark on her industry. Her professionalism and leadership skills were an inspiration to those who had the privilege of working alongside her.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Sharon enjoyed a variety of hobbies, including being a big part of San Jacinto Community Center participating in chair volleyball,, pickleball, and line dancing among other activities. She loved traveling the world and indulged in lots of shopping for herself and the people she loved.. However, her greatest joy in life came from spending quality time with her adoring family and outings with her friends. She was truly our angel on earth to so many.
Sharon, a devoted wife, daughter, mother, and grandmother, will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Michael Roy Terrell, her parents, Willie and Rose England, her younger brother,, William Andrew England and her cherished granddaughter, Ashley Rose Brown.
Sharon's memory lives on through her daughters, Shaunda Kay Terrell of New Caney, Texas, and Theresa Michelle Fitzpatrick of Mineola, Texas, as well as her sons, David Andrew Terrell and wife Karen of Quitman, Texas, and Steven Roy Terrell of
Highlands, Texas. Grandchildren Blake Thomas Baxley of Austin, Texas, Alexis Morgan Palmer of Pottsboro, Texas, Jacob Dillon Brown and Angela Nicole Ochoa of McAllen, Texas, Tanner Michael Harris of Mineola, Texas, and Matthew Andrew Terrell of Quitman, Texas, will forever hold her dear in their hearts.

Sharon Kay England Terrell will be laid to rest in Oklahoma with her parents, and a portion of her remains will be placed with her husband, Michael Terrell, in a private ceremony with her children at a future date.
