Sharon Ann Wright

Sharon Ann Wright, affectionately known as Sherry, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2024, in Howell, Michigan, at the age of 77. Born on August 11, 1946, in Richmond, Indiana, Sherry grew up in a community that cherished her presence and watched her blossom into the remarkable woman she became.
Sherry's life was a tapestry of love and dedication, woven through her enduring commitment to her family. She was the beloved wife of Tom, with whom she shared a lifetime of memories and partnership. Together, they raised three children: Lisa (Joe) Dylewski, Jason (Tammy), and Bradly, who were the center of her world. Sherry's joy was multiplied with the arrival of her grandchildren, Thomas Dylewski, Olivia, and Julia Wright, who became the apples of her eye.
A proud graduate of Richmond, Indiana High School, Sherry carried the values of her education throughout her life, instilling them in her children and grandchildren. Her home was an extension of her heart, always filled with the aroma of her baking, the beauty of her garden, and the warmth of her decorating touch. Sherry's hands were rarely still, as she poured her love into creating a nurturing environment for all who entered her home.
Described by those who knew her as loving, generous, and selfless, Sherry's legacy is one of unconditional love and kindness. Her selflessness was her signature, always placing the needs of others before her own. Her generosity knew no bounds, and her loving nature was the cornerstone of her existence.
Sherry's life was a testament to the beauty of simplicity and the power of love. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to have been touched by her gentle spirit. Her memory will continue to inspire and guide us, as we hold her close in our hearts forever.
The family will announce a Celebration of Life service later in the Springtime of this year. Cremation being handled by Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, MacDonald Chapel, Howell Michigan. The family has asked donations be made in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimer's Association
