Shauna Revels Locklear

Shauna Revels Locklear, age 55, of Pembroke, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2025, at Lower Cape Fear Lifecare in Whitesville, North Carolina.

Shauna was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She attended The University of North Carolina at Pembroke and attended Bear Swamp Baptist Church in her youth.

She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Dean Revels; her mother, Cathleen Revels; her maternal grandparents, James Albert Locklear and Rosie Mae Locklear; her paternal grandmother, Maggie Revels; and her brother-in-law, Harold F. Worriax, Sr.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved daughter, Shayna Nicole Revels of the home; her grandchildren, Sophia Zadie Revels of Prospect, NC, Sabella Faith Revels of the home, and Solomon Dean Revels of the home; one sister, Sharon Worriax of Prospect, NC; one niece, Alison Worriax of Prospect, NC; one nephew, Harold F. Worriax, Jr.; and one uncle, Pete Albert Locklear, and his wife Jenifer, along with their daughters Victoria, Lauren, Sarah, and Elizabeth. One Aunt Irene Locklear of Red Springs, NC, her children Wade, Cyndi, and William. One Special Cousin Regina Lynch and family of Charlotte, NC; she is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends who loved her dearly.
