Shawn C. Benoit

Shawn Benoit, 52, of Manchester, passed away peacefully at his home on June 24, 2025.

A hardworking and passionate man, Shawn was the proud and well-respected owner of Surface Custom Concrete, where he poured not just concrete, but dedication, pride, and craftsmanship into everything he built. His work can be seen throughout the community, a lasting testament to his skill and commitment.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Shawn was a man of deep love for his family and simple joys. He was a devoted son, brother, and uncle who leaves behind his loving mother, Gloria Benoit; his brother, Jason Benoit, and sister-in-law, Lauren Benoit; his nephew, Hunter Benoit; and his beloved nieces, Emily, Kaitlyn, and Brooklyn Benoit. He is predeceased by his father, Bruce Benoit .

Shawn cherished his role in their lives and was a constant source of strength, laughter, and support. His family meant everything to him.

Shawn found peace in the quiet moments-fishing on a calm day, preparing a delicious home-cooked meal, or indulging his well-known sweet tooth. If you knew Shawn, you knew his kitchen was always full of warmth... and dessert. His love for sweets was only matched by the joy he found in sharing them with others.

Shawn will be remembered for his quiet kindness, strong work ethic, and the warmth he brought to everyone around him. His legacy will live on in the lives he touched and the memories he helped create.

Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Shawn by spending time doing something he loved, whether that's casting a line into the water or sharing a home-cooked meal with the people you love.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
