Shawn David Guier was born on May 22, 1974 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was the first of 4 children. Shawn was 47 years old when he passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022 in Tulsa, OK from a sudden and fatal heart attack. Shawn split his childhood and young adult life between Salt Lake City, UT and Tulsa, OK. He attended Union Schools and graduated from Memorial High School. Soon after high school, he fell in love sales and started with vacuums door to door. He then entered into car sales and worked his way up to training and leadership development. In December of 2006, he married the love of his life, Adrienne Davis. Shawn was passionate about entrepreneurship and most recently was doing personal and business coaching, making a huge impact in the lives of those he touched. Shawn had the most infectious, larger than life personality. He was, and will always be, our "Mr. Super Fantastic."
As an avid Star Wars fan from birth, he was our Jedi Knight. He loved God, his wife, his family, his colleagues and friends. But his greatest joy was his children; Mackenzie, Makayla and Myles. He loved to learn and grow, read and study new things. He spent the last few years being the best version of himself. He brought God's love and light to the world and for that, we are all truly grateful! Shawn will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is now with us forever in a new form known as
"Shawn-Bi-Wan-Kenobi."
Shawn lived through the passing of his grandparents, mother Karen Day, stepdad Rowland Butler, brother Nathan, sister Christie and Uncle Jeff Kercher. Shawn has left a legacy of 3 wonderful children; Mackenzie 16, Makayla 14, Myles 7 and his beautiful wife, Adrienne; family pets, Coco, Cookie and Princess; parents, David and Trish Guier; sister, Heather and husband Jeff Borsuk and nephew, Jake; in-laws, Nick and Krissi Bagnaro; nieces, Malarie and Isabella; parents-in-law, Dr. Marty and Wendy F.
