Shayla Janette Farley Obituary
She is survived by her loving mother, Fallon Dunagan, and her husband Vincent of Travelers Rest, SC; her father, Joseph Farley of Richmond, KY; her beloved sister, Emma Morgan; and her cherished brothers, John Michael Morgan and Seth Dunagan. She also leaves behind her maternal grandmother Janett Woodard of Middlesboro, KY; her paternal grandmother Vincentina Farley of Dahoit, KY; and her paternal great-grandmother Victoria Farley of Harlan, KY. Her Bee Karen Farley of Harlan, KY. Alongside them are countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends whose lives she made brighter just by being in them.
She now rests reunited with those who went before her: her maternal grandfather Larry Hickey; paternal grandfathers Leon Napier and Ray Tackett; and paternal great-grandfather Ronnie Farley. We take comfort in imagining their embrace as they welcome her home.
Family and friends will remember Shayla for her caring nature, her devotion to family, and the bright future that was tragically cut short. Visitation will be July 12 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 4:00 pm at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home, 114 S. 3rd Street, Harlan, KY 40831.
