I remember when I first met Sheila. A young lady full of laughter and smiles! She loved my brother (Russell Brown, Jr.) so much! Although they both faced life's challenges, GOD blessed them with three (3) beautiful children...my twin nieces and nephew (Russell, Rochelle and Michelle)!
