Sheila Fay King, age 58 of Georgetown, Ohio passed away Monday, November 24, 2025 at the Hospice of Hope Inpatient Care Center at Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman, Ohio. She was born October 31, 1967 in Maysville, Kentucky the daughter of Joann (Thacker) Hesler of Orangeburg, Kentucky and the late Gene Hesler. Sheila was the co-owner and operator of J. King Distribution, dedicating her life to both her business and her family. Alongside her beloved husband, she poured her heart into creating a thriving enterprise, balancing her professional commitments with a deep love for nature. She found immense joy in tending to her yard, lovingly mowing the lawn and caring for her beautiful flowers that brought vibrant colors to her surroundings. However, it was her grandchildren who truly filled her heart with happiness. The time she spent with them was her greatest treasure, creating memories that will forever resonate in the hearts of all who knew her. Sheila’s legacy of love, hard work and joyful moments will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.

In addition to her mother, Mrs. King is survived by her husband 8 years – John King whom she married September 25, 2017; one daughter – Jessica Hord of Lexington, Kentucky; three step-sons- Johnny King and wife Kelli of Bethel, Ohio, Joseph King of Atlanta, Georgia and Jacob King and wife Meagan of Palm Harbor, Florida; two grandchildren – Keydren Myrick and Javen Myrick; three step-grandchildren – Garrett King, Carolyn Rose King and Charlotte King; one brother – Terry Hesler of Orangeburg, Kentucky and one sister - Vicki Tumey and husband Berry of Ewing, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 28, 2025 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Drue Lane will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Hope, 215 Hughes Blvd., Mt.Orab, Ohio 45154.
