Sheila was born on July 31, 1957 and passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019. She graduated from Rockford High School in 1975 and worked in human resources for many years. A memorial service for Sheila will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 1:00pm at the Pederson Funeral Home, 127 Monroe Street in Rockford. There will also be a visitation one hour prior to the service and a reception immediately following the service on Thursday at the funeral home. OCT 16. 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (EDT) Pederson Funeral Home 127 N.
