Sheila Claire Murphy Moore

Peacefully passed away on January 7, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones.

Sheila was truly one of a kind. She was deeply loved by many, and she loved just as deeply in return. Her warmth, generosity, and big heart touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Sheila leaves behind her six amazing children: Gretchen, Stephanie, Kimberly, Sharon, Melissa, and Patrick. She is also survived by her siblings: Jerry, Judy, John, and Mary.

In addition, Sheila leaves behind a large and loving family of 25 wonderful grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy.

Sheila will be greatly missed and forever remembered for her boundless love, kindness, and the incredible heart she shared with all.

Funeral from the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St., Brookline on Saturday morning January 17th at 9:00 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 10:00. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Friday January 16th from 3:00 – 7:00. Interment private.
