Sheila Marie Sullivan

I was so lucky to meet Sheila in 4th grade Brownies at Willard. We were fast friends. She was so much cooler than me. I always admired her love of music and drama. Sheila was fantastic on stage! Years later, we enjoyed fun nights out in NYC when she was doing her residency. I miss you, Sheila.

I was blessed to meet Sheila on day 1 at RCSI. I remember thinking I was so happy that there was another person who wanted to sit near the front of the lecture theater as much as I did...myself a nerd and her blind from forgetting her glasses. I was blessed to call her my roomie for 4 years in Ireland, travel tons of beautiful places/beaches, and study anatomy and physiology at the Bleeding Horse. I always had a shoulder to cry on or a girl to laugh with. She was an angel when I needed her most. I will remember her always disappearing from the pub early, her heels clicking down the hallway (even in her pajamas), and her unforgettable walk with her purse down the streets of Dublin. Her beautiful spirit will be missed deeply on this earth. I am sending her family love and healing thoughts. I miss you Sheila.

I wish to extend my condolences to Sheila´s family on this sad occasion of her death. Sheila and I worked together in Primary Care at the West Roxbury VA - she a physician and I a nurse practitioner. Hers was such a soothing presence and her warm smile was so uplifting. I was always so happy to see her. I was thinking about her lately when planning a trip to Morocco with my sister and nieces, before I heard she was ill. Gone way too soon.
