Shelby was born on May 18, 1979 and passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016. Shelby was a resident of Douglasville, Georgia at the time of passing. Shelby graduated from Chapel Hill High School. A funeral service will be held at Central Baptist Church on Monday, December 19, 2016, at 11:00 AM with Reverend Steve McFall and Reverend Ron Whelan officiating. She will lie in State at the church from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at 3:00 PM at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, 722 Conley Road, Forest Park, Georgia 30297. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 18, 2016 from 4:00 until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
