Sheldon Cohen, M.D., 95, beloved husband of the late Betty Lou Cohen, happily married for 62 wonderful years; loving father of Paul (Marci) Cohen and the late Gail Cohen; devoted grandpa of Amanda (Shane) Dollarhite, Megan (Travis) Gause, Carly Godwin, Alexa (Jeff) Stone, Ethan Cohen and Emily Cohen; adoring great-grandpa of Derek, Rylie, Benjamin and Claire; dear son of the late Doris and Ben Cohen; treasured friend of many.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org) or to a charity of your choice.
Chapel service Friday, 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
