Ms. Shelia Marie Shannon passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Choctaw Residential Center in Philadelphia, Ms. She lived most of her life in TN, AL and the last 10 years in Philadelphia, MS. She worked at the papermill, and her hobby was sewing.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Shannon; father, Slyvester M. Stevenson; son, Richard Dykes; brother, James Stevenson.
Survivors include her mother, Helen Humphreys; daughter, Deborah Harden of TN; sons, James Collins of TN, Cecil Collins of Meridian, MS; sister, Deborah Stephens of Philadelphia; brothers, Glynn Stevenson of Philadelphia; (10) grandchildren; (16) great-grandchildren and (7) nephews.
