Can´t believe it´s been 6 years! Thank you for "introducing" me to the Liberty movement. My life was forever changed.

Larry and Kathy, Thank you for sharing the loss of your son Shem with us. We understand some-what your pain and sadness. We lost our daughter at age 16 to a car accident 35 years ago and never stop thinking of her. We wish you peace and heartfelt condolences and wish that we could offer you more. He will be in your thoughts and memories for the rest of your life

At this time of great loss and tragedy I send my condolences to all family and friends that were blessed to have Shem touch their lives. Having only been in the Kellogg family for a decade my time spent with Shem was perhaps at a handful of family occasions but what I do know is that he had a way of lighting up a room when he arrived and family loved and respected him and his path. His accomplishments were many for such a young man, time cut way too short. I know he will be missed by many, may he rest in peace, finally free of the pain he had endured over the last six months. May we all learn from his great example and his participation in life to the fullest. Peace and love to you all during this time of grief.

My sympathy goes out to you and the entire family on the loss of your brilliant, energetic Son Shem. May the Angels take good care of him now.

I know I also speak for my co-workers here at Massachusetts Water Resources Authority in expressing my deep sadness and sympathy towards Shem's family, friends and colleagues, but also profound gratitude to Shem for his professionalism, technical fortitude and kindness - always kindness - in the engineering work he performed for us that made our projects successful for the good of the environment and all of us.

Thank you, Shem, for doing so much to bring freedom to so many people. Rest well, friend and hero.

I am so sorry and heartbroken for you loss. I can't imagine how hard this is for you. I was so proud of the man he became. He was kind, thoughtful, smart, funny, classy, and genuine to his core. I will always cherish a million different moments we shared together whether it be having Cantone's at a sleepover for the thousandth time, playing on the green soccer team and the Rockets basketball team, exploring every nook of your farm, watching Star Wars obsessively, listening to the Beatles and Zeppelin, diving into our pool as aggressively as we could, debating and expounding upon the most trivial of things, hanging out in college and beyond and much much more. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this extremely hard time.

Shem will never be lost to time. His legacy lives on in his work and in the New Hampshire State laws and archives. his never ending energy did so much for so many. He always looked out for others and his love for others was genuine and gave you reason to smile. It was almost impossible to not smile around Shem, he brought out the best in many people. Shem, you will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
