Sherri Johnson Obituary
Sherri Summerlin Johnson, 43, of Worth County, died Sunday, August 4, 2024 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Her memorial service will be Thursday 2:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Charles Jones will officiate.
Born and raised in Albany, Sherri attended Dougherty High and was a Home Health Care Agent. She loved being with her family, taking care of her grandchildren and helping others.
She was preceded in death by her father, Randall Summerlin Sr, grandmother, Shirley Summerlin and her daughter Angel Marie Thornton.
Survivors include her husband Blake Johnson, children, Melissa Summerlin, Destiny Summerlin, Jase Johnson, Alivia Johnson, grandchildren, Blaze, Harlie and Kenzleigh, her mother Lora Selph, brothers, Randall Summerlin Jr , Shawn Summerlin (April), Jason Summerlin (Tabitha), Wayne Selph Jr., and Billy Ray Forehand as well as several nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends following the service at Gypsy Nest Events, 426 Cordele Rd, Albany, GA 31705.
