Sherry McHenry Obituary

Sherry was a devoted member of Living Word of Plum Church. She found joy in tending to her flowers, watching birds, baking for the people she loved, and spending time with her granddaughter, Rayna Lou, who was the light of her life.
She is survived by her husband, James "Jim" McHenry; her daughter, Renee McHenry; and her granddaughter, Rayna Lou McHenry. She is also survived by Stella McHenry, Tina Kelly, Betsy (Jeff) McDonald, Patrick (Lisa) McHenry, and Robert McHenry, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by Jeff McHenry and John Kelly.
Sherry touched many lives with her kindness and steady warmth. She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who knew her.
A celebration of her life, officiated by Pastor Allan Drake, will take place on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Living Word of Plum Church, 200 Elicker Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15239. A family brunch will follow. Flowers may be sent to the church on the day of the service.
