Shirley Jones Allen was born on April 13, 1943, to the late Johnny Jones and Estelle Feaster Jones. On October 28, 2024, she was called home to her eternal rest where she was reunited with her husband, Early "Bill" Allen.

Shirley spent years as a seamstress for Hartwell Manufacturers before retiring from Gips Manufacturer in 2005. She loved fishing, planting flowers, and spending time with her family. 

Also preceding her in death were her parents, her brother Doyle Jones, and three sisters, Evelyn Robinson, Melvin Blassingame, and Marion Sue Cobb (William). 

She leaves here to cherish fond memories, her son, Andre Maurice Allen of Lavonia Ga, sister, Mildred Earlene Oglesby of Hartwell Ga, sister in law, Lena May Allen of Dewy Rose Ga, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The body will lie in state on Friday, November 1, 2024 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. 

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors.
