My condolences to the Costner family for their loss of a wonderful soul. I, Mary Clifford, lived at 321 Costner Road until 2022, when I moved to NC to be near my grandchildren, after the loss of my fiance, Scott Foley. Shirley was a kind, gentle and giving person and will be sadly missed. Vondie, you both have been in my thoughts and prayers. Take care and may our paths cross again someday.
